Paul Ballington, born in Great Britain and raised in France. Graduated in 1986 from the University Paris-Dauphine (Masters in Management).

His career began with Reuters in Paris and later in London. In 1999, foundation of Cowero Ltd, the London subsidiary of a Swiss company, providing multi-contribution solutions to institutional investors. Paul joined Institutional Shareholder Services in London in 2002, where he was responsible for the development of their activities in Europe. After the sale and implementation of over 50 clients using ISS' solutions, he has acquired a good understanding of the European voters needs whilst establishing strategic relationships with, custodians, tabulators and key partners in each market.

Dr Alexander Juschus, German. Alexander was awarded a PhD in Corporate Governance from the University of Durham (UK). He also graduated with a Master in Law after studying at the Universities of Mannheim, Heidelberg (Ger) and Newcastle (UK).

His professional career created as a management trainee for Allianz AG.   In August 2001 Alexander started up investors-voice, which became the representation of Institutional Shareholder Services in the German speaking and Eastern European markets. Whilst working for ISS he developed knowledge and experience in the shareholder services market and strategic relationships with market participants. Alexander is a member in the Financial Services Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce and panellist of the German Corporate Governance Award Committee.

Mike Danbury, Graduating in 1977 in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Brunel University, Mike worked for a number of vendors in the solutions market. Initially in the office automation industry with market leading products sold to major organisations, central and local government.    

Moving into the finance sector in 1987 Mike has held a number of senior management roles and specialised in introducing products and services to new markets on a global basis, for companies such as Data Logic, Digital, Syntegra, Intelligent Networks, Synopsys and DoubleHelix. Recently Mike has been providing strategic business planning and development consultancy to a range of suppliers to the financial services sector.
